Aftercare is how we stay your advisors after you enroll with us. Keep us posted when your doctors, medications, or contact details change, and here's what that makes possible:

  • A denial letter or a bill that looks wrong? Call us first. We’ll help you interpret it and, when appropriate, join you on a carrier call.
  • Before enrollment season, we can review upcoming plan changes against the doctors and medications you share with us.
  • You can request a fresh Stay-or-Switch review each year, whether or not your needs have changed.

AdviseCare Insurance is an independent Medicare agency based in Lutz and serving Tampa Bay, Florida. We help people turning 65 and those reviewing coverage during Annual Enrollment compare Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D prescription drug plans around doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, ZIP code, budget, benefits, travel needs, and enrollment timing, all at no cost to you. We also help families understand dental, vision, hospital indemnity, final expense, and under-65 health coverage when those needs sit outside core Medicare.

Who pays AdviseCare?

You do not pay AdviseCare a fee for our Medicare guidance. If you enroll in a plan, the insurance carrier may compensate us.

Does compensation affect your recommendation?

Insurance carriers may compensate us when a client enrolls in a plan. CMS regulates and publishes agent and broker compensation information. We apply the same fit criteria to every recommendation: doctors, prescriptions, costs, networks, benefits, and priorities. If your current coverage or an option we do not offer is the better fit, we will tell you.

What if my best fit is not something you offer?

We’ll tell you and point you to Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE so you can review the full range of options available in your area.

What if I already have the right coverage?

If your current coverage still fits your doctors, prescriptions, budget, and priorities, we’ll tell you. The right outcome does not have to be a change.
